Inside the European Organization, the Logistics/Rail team purchases all transports by rail in Europe.A small dedicated team within the “Business Center of Excellence” in Poland, is providing support to the buyers.Mission & responsibilitiesInside an international team of 15 persons, you will:Support the buyers mostly for the updates of commercial conditions in the team database & the logistics tool.Upload price list in a database: check conditions, errors, warnings and any unusual behavior or dataEnsure the transfer of data from the database to the Logistic tool: same check and ensure the process is working well. Clarify the conditions of error or surprising element in order to request the help of the designers or buyers.Develop a type of expertise on the logistic tool in order to identify issues and solutionsDevelop extracts from the Logistic tool in order to provide reports to the BuyersRequirements:Open mindedTeam spiritGood relationshipReliability is one major key for success. A good ease facing numbers is mandatory.Solid experience in ExcelFluent German is mandatory, English is beneficialExperience in database will be also an added value but is not mandatory.
