Your future tasks:Delivering high level of customer service: analyses of situation on customer accounts and following up on overdue accountsIssuing statements, invoice copies and dispute outcomes to customersParticipating in resolution of unclear payments and evaluating customer account and payment historyContacting customer for pre due and past due paymentsMaintaining and managing a group of customer accountsWhat your development path can look like?You will start your career from the onboarding plan, where you’ll grab the basics.
