It is a stable SSC located over 10 years in Kraków.Opis stanowiskaDevelop, implement, and coordinate monthly performance management cycle, business forecast, actual analysis, and reporting for the division.Communicate with stakeholders worldwide including Corporate and Regional P&As, market representatives, Supply Chain, and headquarters on business matters.Ensure timely submission of forecast and plan data to corporate management systems.Prepare presentation materials to support Senior Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings, and monthly financial reviews.Enhance management reports to facilitate better decision-making for Global finance stakeholders.Provide financial support for deal analysis, contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy, contract management, rebate analysis, capital investment, etc.Offer financial assistance in product pricing, margin analysis, margin improvement initiatives, P&L analysis, portfolio strategy, equipment management, profit improvement, and other strategic business initiatives.Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support planning activities.Support a growing team of Senior Financial Analysts.Profil kandydataPossess 8+ years of relevant work experience in controlling, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting within a multinational company.Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial processes with a deep comprehension of the business context behind financial figures.Hold a Master's degree in finance/accounting.
