Project information:Industry: ConsultingOffice Location: Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw, Katowice, KrakowRemote work: 2-3 days per weekBudget: up to 250 PLN Net/h + VATType of employment: B2BProject language: Polish & EnglishBusiness trips: 10%Start date: depending on the candidate"s availability Project scope:Design and develop SAP BI/BW solutions to meet business requirements and objectivesLead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deploymentPerform data modeling, ETL development, and data warehouse optimization using SAP BW tools and methodologiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, and translate requirements into technical solutionsProvide expertise in SAP BI/BW best practices, architecture, and data governance principlesPerform performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW data models and queries to ensure optimal system performanceConduct system maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and system enhancementsStay up-to-date with the latest SAP BI/BW technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve business intelligence capabilitiesRequirements:Over 10 years of professional experience in the field of developing and maintaining SAP BW/BI solutionsProven experience in participating in and completing roll-out projects and full project life cycles including major projects from the blueprint to the realization of full distribution across S4HANAProficiency in SAP BI/BW 3.5 - 7. x, SAP HANA BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Jasper ReportsBusiness knowledge of the following modules: SD, WM, MM, CRM, FI, COExperience in the integration of various SAP productsABAP programming skillsExperience as a Stream Lead in S/4HANA projectsBusiness process modeling and optimization skillsFamiliarity with conducting training sessions and workshops for SAP Key UsersWillingness to travel, both nationally and internationallyStrong communication and analytical skillsFluency in written and spoken Polish and English Nice to have:Holding the role of a Team Lead or Project ManagerParticipation in multi-module implementationGood knowledge of the SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence platform (Business Warehouse, Integrated Planning, and Business Explorer Suite)SAP BI/BW/BO/HANA certificatesWe offer:Unique opportunity to join an international team and lead innovation projectsPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) + rehabilitation package.
