Zakres obowiązków Creation of technical application, detailed and data processing concepts for the areas of Marketing, CRM and CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) as well as in-house developments taking existing software solutions into account Create, adjust and optimize front-end for CRM & Customer Care solutions for customer and business users with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JS frameworks (espc. React.js) Create solutions around and interface our platforms, mainly SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud Support of the requirements engineering process Support in the design and creation of unit tests/automated tests Technical documentation Active participation in sprint events (refinement, planning, review,daily,retrospective) Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Azure) Wymagania 3+ years of back-end development experience, preferably in software solution in the area of CRM Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud Experienced in object-oriented programming Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
