Zakres obowiązków Conduct payroll accounting procedures for international entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks Manage general ledger transactions, indluding accruals, corrections, and other journal entries Participate in month-end activities and perform accounts reconciliation Contribute to audit activities, both group and statutory Support inventory and fixed assets accounting Support compliance matters, including audits, statistical reporting, and statutory filings Resolve internal customer queries, offering ad hoc reporting and conducting reconciliations as necessary Adhere to established controls, policies, and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvement, participating in RTR-related projects at global and local levels Play an integral role in the implementation of a new ERP system through active project involvement Keep detailed work instructions and process documentation updated Work closely with the Financial Controller and RTR Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
