Senior Manager Repair Centre Poland

This is a leadership role that requires experience in Service logistics, repair and leadership. We are opening a new repair centre in Poland - this role will manage repair, finished goods and staging facility, with a team of up to 100 people. They will have a team that provides guidance and direction to the Repair Technician group. Manages team efforts to repair and test mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Ensures team has the required drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written and oral instructions to understand and perform repair and/or test activity.
