C1 level)• Understanding of procurement process in large organization• Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities and attention to details• Demonstrating accountability and ownership, good judgement and ability to reach sound conclusions• Knowledge of other languages is an asset - preferably French, Italian, Hungarian, Turkish• Knowledge of Ariba is advantage but not requiredResponsibilities: • Review purchase requsitions and conduct adherence checks in line with the company regulations• Review purchase requisition documentation (including contract, risk assessment documentation, price supporting  and sourcing documentation)• Facilitate required purchase requisition changes with business requestors and procurement leads to ensure accuracy of all purchase orders• Report non adherence• Ensure actions are completed within set SLAs Permanent work.
