The team’s scope covers two streams: Cash Allocation for Europe, Turkey, the US, and Canada, and Cash Collections for some European entities and Canada. Additionally, two roles include Credit scope.The team operates in both shifts, with 11 specialists working the morning shift and 6 specialists working the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.The selected candidate is expected to work on mixed shift 60% morning shift 40% evening shift.Main responsibilities:Manage OtC operations for assigned team on a day-to-day basis to meet the objectives and metrics.Ensure that quality and operational excellence objectives are fulfilled for the team.Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA).Ensure high level of accountancy service for Internal Clients (cooperating with 23 entities)Delegating the targets to the team member through regular communication, planning and performance reviews.Provide operational support to team members.Handle client communication and escalations.Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators.Driving standardization projects in Invoice-to-Cash area.Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives.Monitoring the competence development within the team.Working on employees’ motivation and engagement.
