Zadania / obowiązki: manage all operational and strategic finance and accounting operations for the company, ensure proper control of company and its subsidiaries through business reviews in area of accountant, financial reporting, financial controlling, treasury and group liquidity management, intercompany sales and transfer pricing, work with Business Line Managers to standardize and improve performance, coordination the process of preparing of cyclical financial and business reports for the external and internal reporting include reporting to Parent Company, preparation and evaluation of budgets and forecasts for the businesses, review departmental performance against budget and providing management information on all areas of cost and revenue as requested, optimize accounting and tax reporting processes, verification of cost allocation to profit centers and cost centers, provide leadership for the team of finance and subordinates including training, coaching and development, provide extensive business and commercial support to local and group management so that business decisions can be taken effectively, fully responsible for the financial area in company and its Subsidiaries, monitor and analyze the business and financial KIPe enhancing work culture and helping others develop their long term career goals.
