That's the reason why we’re inviting you to drive your career forward with us!We are looking for candidates that are interested in extending their skills in the area of intercompany, asset accounting, purchase requisition tasks with daily use of German and English!Accounting Clerk responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly financial statementsResponsibility for the creation, modification and maintenance of master data recordsAnswering questions related to asset accounting, financial accounting and financial statementsSupport in asset accounting and in the procurement of capital goodsSupport in the reconciliation of receivables and payables between companiesSupporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for accounting Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)Purchase Requisition Clerk responsibilities:Checking the order documents for formal, arithmetical and guideline-compliant correctnessCreation of purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase orderIndependent qualification of procurement, i.e. checking the delivery and performance for call-off or necessity of commissioning by the purchasing departmentIntensive coordination between stakeholders via e-mail and telephoneCoordination with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) in the event of escalation or deviation, including active tracking of orders and ensuring fast cycle times.Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitionsContinuous improvement of processes (CIP)Requirements:Education: Completed commercial vocational training, or a degree in the field of economics or comparableExperience: AC role - Initial professional experience in the field of accounting is desirable, as well as a strong affinity for numbers and accounting/ PRC role: Initial professional experience in the procurement or purchasing process would be valuableIT skills: Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 desirableLanguages: Good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken EnglishJoin us if you also have:A talent for service and a friendly and professional demeanour.
