MES Consultant - Training Lead

Analyzing the training demand and requirements from customers and stakeholders. You will work with the project teams to understand the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will also conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify the learning outcomes, target audience, and optimal delivery mode. Organizing and planning the training activities and resources for each project and customer. You will define the training strategy, curriculum, schedule, and quality criteria. You will also coordinate with the project teams, customers, vendors, and external trainers to allocate the necessary resources, such as trainers, venues, equipment, materials, and licenses. You will also monitor and report on the training progress and status and ensure alignment with the project milestones and customer expectations. Executing and delivering the training sessions and materials for each project and customer. You will design and develop engaging, interactive, and user-friendly training content, such as presentations, manuals, guides, videos, simulations, exercises, and assessments. You will also facilitate and conduct the training sessions, either in person or online, using various delivery methods, such as instructor-led, web-based, blended, or self-paced. You will also evaluate and measure the effectiveness and impact of the training programs, using various feedback tools, such as surveys, tests, interviews, and observations. You will also collect and analyse the training data and metrics, and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement. Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their functions, such as quality management, material tracking, production planning, scheduling and performance analysis. You should be able to demonstrate how you have used MES solutions to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency. Ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions for various audiences, such as end-users, administrators, or developers, on the features and functionalities of PSI Metals solutions. You should be able to create and update training materials, such as manuals, presentations, videos, or quizzes, and adapt them to different learning styles and levels of expertise. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, analysts, and internal customers, and communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. Passionate about learning and teaching new technologies and skills. You should be able to design and develop engaging and effective training programs and materials, using various formats and tools, such as e-learning, instructor-led, blended, or virtual. You should also be able to assess and evaluate the learning outcomes and feedback, and continuously improve the training quality and effectiveness. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Oracle/PL-SQL, Java, SQL, Unix, and web technologies onPrem or in Cloud environments. You should be able to develop and maintain a technical training environment together with technical teams.  Willingness to travel and work on-site with different project teams and customers across the globe. You should be able to coordinate and schedule training activities, manage logistics and resources, and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Fluent in English, optionally in a second language like French, and German or alternative European languages. You should be able to deliver training sessions and materials in these languages and adapt to the cultural and linguistic preferences of the learners.
