Your Role & Team in a Nutshell:As a Sales and Operations Planner you will bring together sales estimates from various business units, customers, and channels. You’ll play a vital role in feeding this consolidated data into the Business Unit demand planning process as a part of our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategy. In case of supply constraints, support coordination and prioritization with the other subcluster S&OP integrators and the relevant segment Demand and Supply Planning managers.• Attend monthly local/regional Demand Agreement Meetings / Demand Review and provide view of subcluster marketing & sales actions supporting changes in demand plan.• Focus on New Product Development’s (NPD) and Promotion’s• Attend EMEA Executive S&OP reviews to represent your subcluster and align on DP load prior to demand versioning.• Communicate closely with segment’s supply chain lead to provide cluster leadership team with visibility on significant supply issues which could impact their sales call• Monitor current month/quarter sales attainment vs demand plan / sales call and provide visibility to subcluster / segment.• Provide monthly Cluster SC KPI’s: Workforce Administration & Attainment (WFA), top errors analysis, On Time In Full (OTIF) / Fill Rate, Excess and Obsolete (E&O)• Develop and drive consolidated subcluster E&O process to support delivery of inventory KPIs. The role will interface daily with suppliers in ensuring that we have procured the right amount of finished goods or materials from the supplier and will mitigate and adjust requirements based on weekly planning reviews from supply planning.
