Responsibilities:lead the planning, organization, and management of all production activities, ensuring the achievement of production goals while maintaining quality standards,collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement,develop and implement long-term plans for the factory, including investment planning in technology, equipment, and infrastructure to support strategic objectives,lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers, supervisors, and technical staff to optimize performance and manage personnel needs,inspire employees to embrace change and foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and resilience,act as a liaison between management and union leadership, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and negotiating collective agreements,collaborate with senior leaders and report directly to Managing Director, providing updates, recommendations, and insights on factory operations.Requirements:bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of experience as a production manager/plant manager in automotive industry or similar preferably in an international environment,entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management,strong people management skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement,a qualified candidate who holds Polish citizenship and is fluent in both Polish and English,high standards for yourself and your team, with a drive for success.We offer:competitive remuneration package,social benefits package,all necessary working tools, including a company car.
