Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.Work directly with the technical leaders of each sub-team to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative work environment. The role requires active engagement in team dynamics and project management to ensure efficient operation and effective problem-solving.Enforce the project management methodologies agreed upon with clients (Scrum, Kanban) and drive continuous process improvements. Monitor team compliance with established practices and lead efforts to optimize workflows and increase productivity.Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams and external stakeholders.
