If you are looking for an opportunity to implement your existing skills and knowledge and grow fast M&A competencies in entrepreneurial organisation that drives international energy transition, this is the right opportunity for you.As a Manager in M&A team you will co-lead M&A deals in the CEE and beyond, and work directly with Chief Investment Officer.TASK DESCRIPTIONThe Manager will contribute to all phases of the M&A deal cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring.The role is multifaceted with key tasks:• Financial modeling and analysis,• Knowledge about the PV permitting process,• Information gathering and drafting of Teasers, Information Memorandums,• Collection of documents related to projects being sold (feed to sell-side data rooms),• Analysis of due-diligence info packs (in the buy-side deals) including project and market information to analyse and quantify potential risks related to the proposed project,• Identification of potential investors for RE-projects disposals,• Identification of potential acquisition targets / business development projects,• Support in the selection of advisors, primarily M&A-teams and lawyers,• Support in negotiations of transaction agreements.
