Zakres obowiązków Main focus on GL aspect (including fixed assets), AR side support, minor AP support Keeping books in accordance with the requirements of the German HGB and IFRS Ensuring compliance of data from the general ledger (GL) with sub-ledgers and consistency of the accounting journal Analysis of G/L accounts and reconciliation accounts Participation in the closing of accounting periods Accounting, accounting and depreciation of fixed assets Ongoing reportingControl of settlements with clients, posting and settling transactions in the accounting system Monitoring of receivables (balance reconciliation, proactive actions) Posting and settling incoming payments in the accounting system Issuing and posting custom sales invoices Control and accounting of debit notes Issuing and posting sales invoices Preparation of reports on receivables (e.g. overdue receivables) Participation in the month end process Control of settlements with clients, posting and settling transactions in the accounting system Monitoring of receivables (balance reconciliation, proactive actions) Posting and settling incoming payments in the accounting system Issuing and posting custom sales invoices Control and accounting of debit notes Issuing and posting sales invoices Preparation of reports on receivables (e.g. overdue receivables) Participation in the month end process Wymagania Knowledge of general accounting or at least two sectors (preferably GL, AR) Fluent English AND German (at least B2) Knowledge of any ERP system will be a key plus (SAP) Strong Excel and MS Office skills Experience in transition or process stabilisation will be a significant merit Ability to appear in Katowice office (city centre) at least 2x a week Oferujemy Private medical care Sport card Holiday bonus
