Business Development Manager (electrical energy systems)KrakówNR REF.: 1183367Currently for our Client- global manufacturing company from renewable energy’s sector (power generation) located near Cracow- we are looking for engaged, proactive Business Development Manager.Working on this position you will be responsible for growing the business being in line with company’s sales& commercial strategy (sales and budget planning, preparation of a regular forecast as well as sustainable tracking of sales and margin development and initiation of measures in the event of deviations). This role includes also responsibility for managing and achieving pricing policy objectives (pricing strategies, growth and financial targets), strategic further development of international sales activities and the consolidation of existing organizational structures (e.g. sales controlling, CRM processes), maintenance, expansion and further development of existing business relationships with major international customers and distributors as well as new client acquisition. As a Business Development Manager your tasks will consist of proper contract negotiations to ensure compliance with contract review policy and company policies, ensuring sales strategies for new and existing products or services are aligned to product roadmaps. We are looking for Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience on Key Account Manager/ Business Development Manager’s position, preferably in a market for electrical engineering goods or electrical energy systems with proven business knowledge, particularly in the field of sales controlling, customer relationship management (including solving complex customer problems) and project management skills (especially projects focused on improving sales processes and tools). Electrical engineering education (e.g. a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical education) will be an advantage. We are looking for real team player with strong communication skills, high customer orientation, “can- do- attitude” and sense of responsibility. High- developed competences and skills like ability to drive strategies, make decisions and motivate employees are also very important as well as presentation skills and experience within working with CRM systems.
