Opportunity Development:• Aggregate office spend across functions to drive economies of scale• Standardize scope and service provision to level up service delivery and customer experience• Collate across geographies or categories to deliver savings, improved terms, fewer vendors, and higher quality service provisionPolicy Management:• Support the development and maintenance of standard Vendor Management operating policies and procedures, tools and templates to ensure compliance and sourcing excellenceCompliance and Risk Management:• Acts as change agent for any compliance or new policy rollouts, including training and communications to the function• Ensures CRE’s adherence to company risk standards• Draft master and project-based agreements based on the Equinix contract library templates• Liaise with the Equinix CRE Business contract manager, Equinix Legal and the vendor to negotiate and agree all terms and condition amendments• Ensures use of appropriate contracting templates• Uses tools to prove, track and report compliance• Compiles and handles CRE vendor database (to include key dates, contract status and spend)• Initiates and runs RFP using standardised RFP return forms and templatesMetrics:• Monitors key performance indicators (critical metrics) to effectively measure, handle, and visually show the impact and value of CRE• Accurately analyses all metrics by region, commodity or cost center• Supports the development and maintenance of processes and systems to easily gather and maintain savings pipelines by region, commodity or cost center• Ensures data integrity and measurement to agreed to savings definition standardsSupplier Management:• Ensures vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters• Ensures all vendors who perform Medium and High risk work are aware of the RAMS and PTW procedures required• Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
