We"re seeking a Project Manager who will have a key role in managing the implementation of Cytric for global customers.Project information:Industry: Travel technologyType of project: managing Cytric Travel end-to-end implementations, migration projects, implementation consulting and supportOffice location: Warsaw (Wola)Remote work: yes, 100% remoteProject language: EnglishProject length: permanentAssignment start date: 09.2024 or laterProject scope:Manage implementation of Cytric Travel solution for global customersAnalyze customer systems and service requirements, build processes to accommodate requirements with product capabilitiesOversee technical operations and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructureDefine project methodology, goals, objectives, resource planning and budgetingDefine project governance, roles and responsibilities and determine deliverables per project phaseDesign scheduled phases/timelines for large projects of online travel technologiesDefine project scope and configuration document that reflects customer requirementsLead client-facing project communication; liaise with external and internal stakeholdersMonitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvementIdentify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfactionProvide detailed project status updates and generate regular reports to stakeholdersMonitor project budget and resource allocationAct as a Subject matter expert and product technical support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teamsCompetence demands:University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or ITExperience working as a Project Manager/ Coordinator, preferably in the travel industryKnowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development processValid expertise in the business travel industry, ideally in Travel Management CompanyKnowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDSExperience working with Online Booking Tools, most preferably Cytric TravelAbility to manage the different phases of a project, following the company"s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project ClosingFluent English - min.
