Work from the office in Warsaw is mandatory, but there is currently some flexibility around hybrid working for 2-3 days a week. The development team is responsible for providing ongoing support to European subsidiaries for continuous improvements across digital channels: .COM/Support, Samsung Community, Samsung Members, and more.The role will be varied and pivotal to Samsung improving customer experience (CX) across Europe.
