The Product Expert-Compliance About the role The Product Expert-Compliance within Enterprise Applications in the Tech organization will partner with Legal and Compliance business teams and cross functional Tech teams to deliver continuous improvements for Tech products within the respective domain to support the business requirements. You will be accountable for business and technical analysis for products changes, alignment with the business on product roadmap, and technical deliverables, project implementations supporting the Compliance and other Legal functions within the Haleon Legal business and ensuring sound architectural setup of products with great attention to detail.This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. Key responsibilities Technical Configuration/Customization: Work with third party solutions providers, developers and internal CH Tech partners to conduct technical configuration/customization of solutions that meet our customers' needs and provide a great user experience. Governance & Product Assessment: Take part in technical governance and oversight of product development across a product domain. Support Product team in the assessment of technology solutions and collaborating with vendors to influence future extensions of their product. Product Domain: Understand the product domain from a technology perspective but also understand how the technology adds value to the related business processes & areas and manage & assess incoming demand as part of a product backlog. Quality, Risk & Compliance: Accountable for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements eg GxP, SARBOX and that Tech continuity plans are in place for all business-critical products. Change & Release management: Manage change activity, including Software as a Service delivered change, into the production service in a compliant and efficient manner. Integrations : Ensure data passing from upstream/downstream systems through integration is efficient, accurate and secure. This also includes building reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting. Data Protection: Develop a sound knowledge of Haleon policies and processes regarding protection of sensitive data. Qualifications and skills Essential Extensive experience with technical solutions supporting Compliance functions (eg Third Party Risk Management, Privacy, Whistleblower tools, Risk Management, Legal Operations tools) & related systems configuration and IT project management, system consulting & business analysis.10+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record in successful technical development, web design, solution design, program and product delivery and service management in a large global organization.Experience of working, effectively, with third-party vendors and diverse teams (countries and cultures). Proficient in SQL (Oracle/MSSQL) and at least one Microsoft development tool.
